As our MINDAI™ retreat approaches, I encourage you to prepare your heart and mind for a transformative journey. This important time can deeply influence your personal growth. Many of you, like me, might be seeking serenity, clarity, and renewal from your past experiences. I urge you to enter this retreat with a clear purpose, using it as a gateway to deep personal healing and discovery.

MINDAI™ Mindful Breathing offers a profound way to access deeper layers of consciousness, allowing for the release of emotional blockages, insights into unresolved issues, and a greater sense of connection with oneself and others. Participants often report experiencing profound breakthroughs, increased self-awareness, and a renewed sense of purpose and vitality.
This program is designed for individuals seeking personal growth, healing, or simply curious about exploring expanded states of mind in a safe and supportive environment. Our experienced facilitators will guide you through the entire process, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. No prior experience with Mindwork, Breathwork, or meditation is necessary—all you need is an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Detailed Schedule
- 8:45 AM: Arrival – Check-in.
- 9:00 AM: Opening circle, breathing partners pairings.
- 10:00 AM: First MD session (followed by mandala drawing or journaling).
- 1:00 PM: Lunch.
- 2:00 PM: Second MD session (followed by mandala drawing or journaling).
- 5:00 PM: Break.
- 6:00 PM: Closing circle and departure.
What to Bring
- Comfortable, layered clothing.
- Water bottle with enclosed lid and/or mug with lid for a warm drink.
- Eye shades or blindfold.
- Socks, slippers, or indoor shoes.
- Pillow and blanket for comfort while on the mat.
- Ear plugs (if you are sensitive to loud music; we will be in an environment with high intensity of healing music and rhythms).
- Journal and pen.
- Light lunch (no heating or preparation required) and snacks.
Substances: To optimize the healing process in an expanded state of mind, please refrain from using intoxicants such as alcohol or other psychoactive substances before or during your retreat.
Fragrance-Free Environment: In consideration of those around you, please refrain from wearing perfumes, scented toiletries such as deodorants or aftershaves, or other strongly scented products, including essential oils.
Cell Phone Policy: Please turn off your cell phones or leave them in your car to fully explore the inner healing process without distractions. Inform your family and friends that you may be unreachable during the retreat, except during lunch or brief breaks. You may be asked to leave your phone in our secure bin at the entrance to the retreat hall.
Parking: Public parking and meter parking are available.
